Flavor Smoke™ pellets will yield a more intense smoke more quickly which seals the food, locking in natural moisture and adding smoke flavor exactly when it’s needed.
Only 1/3 of a cup of Flavor Smoke™pellets is needed for most grills and smokers as compared to other forms of smoking pellets. You would need 5-10 times the weight of wood to achieve the same results as pellets.
Flavor Smoke™ Directions
- To use with a conventional gas grill, place 20-40 pellets on aluminum foil directly over the flame, close the lid and allow a few minutes for the pellets to begin smoking, then add food, close the lid and cook as normal.
- For charcoal grills or grills with ceramic briquettes, add pellets directly to hot coals or briquettes and close the lid to allow meats to absorb the sweet smoke flavors.
- For smokers with a pellet tray you can add pellets as needed to the tray.
- Allow food to smoke longer for more intense flavor!
